Technical Issues

This form is to report technical issues you are experiencing when accessing eheadspace. These issues might relate to registration or log in. Before you complete the form there are some quick tips to resolve common technical issues:

- Switch browser - For example if you are using internet explorer, switch to Chrome

- Switch device - For example, if you are using an iPhone, switch to a computer

- Switch internet connection – For example, try a friends internet or go to a Wi-Fi hot spot.

- If you are not receiving your account activation email, it can sometimes go into your email ‘junk’ box, so please have a look there.

~ Have you checked your junk email box?

Sometimes emails from eheadspace can go to your junk mail box by mistake.

~ Missing attachments in the email?

This could be because of the total size of the attachments being too big to send through. So maybe you can ask us to resend the email again with fewer or smaller attachments.

~ Have you checked the email address you tried to register with, e.g. it is valid and not registered with us previously?

If the email has already been registered, you wouldn't be able to use it again. If you believe there was a mistake, feel free to call us on 1800 650 890 to get some help.

~ Have you completed all the required details marked with red asterisk?

Please note that all the compulsory fields need to be filled in before a new account can be registered with us.

~ Couldn't log in after a few tries?

You can try to reset your password by using the "forgotten your password" link in the login page. Or you can click here: https://eheadspace.org.au/log-in/forgotPassword. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your registered email. You then need to click on the link to reset your password.

~ Have you forgotten your log-in email address?

Normally, the log-in email address is the one you may have used to exchange emails with us. Feel free to call us on 1800 650 890 to get some help.

~ Have you tried to call back on a different line or mobile phone?

Sometimes the telephone network may experience some technical glitches as well.

~ It would help us a lot if we could know what device you used when you experienced this technical issue.
